Our hog roast winter warmer is exactly what Eleanor had in mind when she contacted Hog Roast Castletown to cater her staff party, which we attended on Monday, but she also wanted some additional options to make sure everyone had enough to eat. We can make various canapés, starters and desserts if needed, but Eleanor decided on three sides of homemade mac and cheese and coleslaw, as well as sweet potato wedges. We offer plenty of vegetarian main courses if needed but these sides are all suitable for vegetarians, and Eleanor was happy with that for her veggie guests.

On the day of the party, our chef and catering assistant cooked up a storm for the twenty-five guests, with lots of pork, crackling, sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce and gravy for the main event, as well as the veggie food, and by the end of service, everything had been stripped clean.
