Hog Roast Cregneash’s latest event was an intimate wedding. Clients Kelly and Ryan were super excited when they called the team about their wedding and their excitement was contagious! It wasn’t long before the whole team were happy to be part of such a sweet event.
Clients Kelly and Ryan worked with the Hog Roast Cregneash team to put together a unique catering package. This package included the cost of everything from the food, all the way to the disposable crockery that the team would provide. The clients were relieved that everything they wanted was able to be put together within their budget.
As part of their wedding catering package Chef James from the Hog Roast Cregneash team would be creating the wedding buffet for Clients Kelly and Ryan. Experienced and friendly Chef James arrived at the vintage bunting bedecked Town Hall several hours before the 5pm serving time. He was given a space to set up the catering equipment and serving table.
Chef James’s task was to create the whole buffet from scratch for the wedding. The 20 lucky wedding guests were to be treated to a thoroughly tasty, very freshly prepared buffet.
The buffet included the delights of a Classic Hog Roast and a hearty vegetarian lasagne. The Classic Hog Roast was a delicious slow spit roasted pig that was served with crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce. Also on offer at the buffet were several platters of piping hot seasonal veg, which could be eaten plain or with any of the assorted dips and sauces that were available. Finishing off the buffet was a big bowl of new potato salad and a basket of soft gluten free rolls.
After the guests had enjoyed the buffet Chef James quietly tidied away. All the rubbish from the buffet, including the used disposable crockery and cutlery was taken off site by Chef James and disposed of responsibly.
The guests and newlywed clients were thrilled. The party was great fun and Kelly and Ryan sent their thanks to the whole Hog Roast Cregneash team.
