Hog Roast Glen Rushden’s set up is quick and precise, so what should you expect?
Hog Roast Glen Rushden ensures to arrive with you in plenty of time to set up and prep the food before your desired serve time. First, depending on the menu you have chosen one or two gazebos’ will be popped up. The gazebos are 3 by 3 metres and are black. They protect the food, guests, and staff from any potential bad weather or even to keep the sun rays at bay and away from the fresh food! Popping up the gazebos does not take long and they look smart against any backdrop. Hog Roast Glen Rushden has had no previous issues with the gazebo fitting in the designated spaces of gardens or venues.
The hog roast machine will be set up with a gas bottle under the gazebo along with serving tables that are 3metres long, they are set up around the gazebo to form a separate prep and serve area. Table clothes will then be placed on the tables along with any equipment, health and safety measures, plates and serving items. Once the tables are laid, all other equipment will be popped underneath the tables, hidden from view to ensure a tidy space.
If you have chosen a spit-roasted meat, chips or a late serve time that requires lighting, then Hog Roast Glen Rushden will require electricity from a main power source and not spurred off an extension lead. The staff will bring their own extension lead if one is necessary to reach the power source. In addition, Hog Roast Glen Rushden may require access to water however, if this is an issue then water can be brought on site with them. These details will be discussed before arrival.
Hog Roast Glen Rushden will arrive in a van, on some occasions it is necessary for the team to always have access to van for things such as refrigeration, frying or space. If it is not necessary, then let the team know where you would like the van to be kept as sometimes garden parties need the drive space!
The team will ensure a quick and professional set up, liaising with you beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly and that they know where you would like them to go.
