The Christmas season is upon us, hog roast Agneash have had a successful 2016 catering for private functions, christening, weddings and birthdays. Now we are slowly winding down in the chilly island ready to embrace the Christmas festivities.
Yesterday we catered for a young couple who had just tied the knot overseas in Cyprus. Our team arrived early yesterday giving them plenty of time to prepare, score and salt the free range pig before we slowly roasted for 8 hours. The couple had a quaint house with marquee situated in the back garden, enough room to fit their 30 guests. They chose our Gourmet Menu 4, slow roasted freshly cooked hog roast Agneash, homemade stuffing, apple sauce, roasted winter vegetables and roasted potatoes garnished with rosemary. All accompanied with freshly baked artisan rolls.
The day went to plan and the food was thoroughly devoured by everyone. We received wonderful feedback from the happy couple and their guests. Time to reflect on the year and we look forward to hog roasting in 2017.
