Last week we catered a Hog Roast in Ballure, a beautiful little town with some stunning views. We were booked in for our succulent Hog Roast, served with our home made Apple Sauce, Stuffing, crispy Crackling and a selection of fresh bread rolls. The occasion was an end of summer party. Alongside the Hog Roast in Ballure, there was also a sweet cart, which went down well with the children, and also some fresh pasta salads made by the host, which looked delicious! It was a lovely sunny day, and with it still being warm everyone remained outside, especially the children. The host had selected a few games to keep the children occupied, as for the adults, many were rather interested in the Hog Roast – often coming up to ask questions.
After everyone had eaten, we packed everything up discretely and said our farewells, not before having a game of giant Connect 4 that is!
