Time to make the most of the last bank holiday of the summer. What better way to do just that than with a Hog Roast Port St Mary! This weekend our calendar was packed full of events up and down the country with everyone making the most of the good weather and rightfully so.
One notable event we catered at was for our client Georgia. Georgia had been booked in for a few weeks now and the day before her event we received an email saying how she couldn’t wait for our Hog Roast Port St Mary. Well, the wait was finally over and we arrived at Georgia’s home to prepare a bank holiday roast for her family and friends.
Georgia had asked us to provide our Hog Roast Port St Mary southern slow roast menu. This menu is unique in that you get the option to choose three of our specialty meats each roasted low and slow and marinated overnight to pack in plenty of flavour. Not only do you get three mouth-watering meats but there’s also a whole range of southern inspired accompaniments to go along with it so you will be spoilt for choice.
Georgia had chosen our BBQ Pork Butt, Cajun Spiced Spit Roasted Chickens and Beef Brisket – making for a delicious combo. In terms of accompaniments Hog Roast Port St Mary would be preparing some corn cobettes smothered in butter, Memphis style crunchy coleslaw plus some spiced wedges and a healthy salad selection.
We had been given a serve time of 3’o’clock in the afternoon meaning we had plenty of time to get everything cooked to absolute perfection. Georgia’s guests arrived a couple of hours before serve time meaning they unfortunately had to endure the mouth-watering aromas wafting off our Hog Roast Port St Mary machine as the food slowly cooked away. Fortunately, our food is always worth the wait…
