A 50th birthday party on new years eve saw us catering a hog roast in Foxdale. Foxdale is a small village located at the heart of the Isle of Man and is beautifully quiet and peaceful. John, the birthday boy, had opted for our menu 1 of hog roast Foxdale pork, slowly roasted for up to 12 hours to ensure a mouthwatering texture. Served with fresh floured bread rolls, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing – perfect 
for an easy grab and go snack. Just what John was looking for. We were set up outside but with the weather being a little chilly we took the food inside for people to have in the warmth. The comments on how great the food looked and tasted were fantastic and everyone really enjoyed our service. A successful hog roast event in Foxdale!
