Hog Roast Jurby is renowned for providing top-notch catering services for all kinds of special occasions, and one which we’ll always need to cater is wedding receptions. Whether you’re organising a small, intimate affair with a handful of guests of close friends and family members or a huge function with dozens of people, and regardless of the formality of your special day, we will do our utmost to help make it wonderful, with food that you and your guests will all love.
When it comes to ensuring that our customers’ needs and wants are met, our Hog Roast Jurby team members are passionate in doing so, with our highly-trained, experienced and qualified chefs going the extra mile with the preparation and cooking and our catering assistants and waiters providing service with a smile each and every time. We want everyone to be able to eat and enjoy our food, so we have oodles of options and that’s for both special diets and personal tastes. You may be thinking of having one of our amazing hog roasts featured at your wedding, but if you also need a plant-based or gluten-free dish, for example, we can whip up something suitable, fresh on the day.
Hog Roast Jurby catered Kelly and Stewart’s big day over the weekend, where they had asked us months in advance to create the wedding day menu of their dreams. This included our sumptuous pigs in buns, made from one of our traditional centrepiece hog roasts, to feed forty carnivores, but they also needed an option for their two vegetarian guests. While we can serve stuffed mushrooms or peppers, mac and cheese, quiche or various other dishes, our veggie skewers are highly popular and always go down a real treat. We grill halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion and courgette, and then serve in pitta bread with a Tzatziki dip, and they are devoured just as quickly as our pigs in buns!
On the day of Kelly and Stewart’s nuptials, we cooked up a storm with a main course of tasty pigs in buns and veggie skewers, as well as some garden-fresh salads and new potatoes, and by the end of the evening, everything had been polished off.
