In terms of meat, despite our name, we also cook gorgeous spit-roasts as well as stunning hog roasts, and you can choose from lamb, beef or poultry, or something a little more exotic if you like. One of our lovely standalone menus may be a great choice instead, however, like our three-course Alfresco, which features antipasti meats, cheeses and breads, a hog roast and choice of pudding, or our Southern Slow Roast, which gives you three slow-roasted meats and four sides of your choosing.
