When you have an Australian looking after your BBQ and a Yorkshire man taking care of your roast meats you know you have nothing to worry about. Kaylee’s 40th birthday party in Ballaugh was a fantastic success.
The guests of hog roast Ballaugh all loved the slow braised beef brisket rubbed with our own mix of spices to compliment the slow cooking process. The roasted shoulder of pork was just as popular and once again cooked to perfection. With the added selection of the butchers sausages, most guests had to try all three! The smell of sweet BBQ flavours and roasted meats filled the still night air.
Kaylee’s husband Antony knew the evening was going to be a great one with Andy and Jon taking care of all the catering requirements.
The freshly made salads accompanied the meats beautifully and a selection of condiments completed the meal.
The weather wasn’t the best, but who says you can’t have a BBQ in Winter !!! Certainly not the hog roast Ballaugh caterers.
