Our Hog Roast Baldwin Southern Slow Roast is where you choose your favourite three marinated meats for us to slow-roast on the day and serve alongside your four favourite sides. Select from Cajun chickens, minted lamb, BBQ pork butt, sticky pork ribs and beef brisket and then you can decide on your side dishes from mac and cheese, corn cobettes, coleslaw, potato salad, chips, seasonal vegetables, roasted baby new potatoes, a Greek salad and a seasonal green leaf salad. If you fancy Loaded Fries instead, ours come smothered with meat, slaw, cheese and jalapenos, and you get to choose your meat from beef brisket or pulled pork and your slaw from a spicy or zesty one.
For a three-course meal with an Italian twist to it, why not try our Alfresco instead, where you feast on antipasti meats, cheeses and breads, then enjoy a hog roast with multiple sides (including coleslaw, seasonal leaves and a tomato and mozzarella salad, as well as a potato option) and it’s all finished off with a couple of our homemade desserts. Our Traditional Barbecue may be perfect for your corporate event, however, as it features grilled burgers, sausages, ribs and chicken kebabs, as well as salad, coleslaw and chips.
