Whatever it is that you have in mind, we’re sure we have something suitable as well as utterly delicious, and we’re just as known for our gorgeous spit roasts as we are our hog roasts.
If you’d prefer spit-roasted lamb with Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce or free-range, whole-roasted chickens with butcher’s chipolata sausages and our stuffing instead, just say the word, or we can impress with English beef sirloin, brushed with mustard and cooked how you like and accompanied by Yorkshires and a red wine gravy, or free-range turkeys that we slow-roast with a sage butter and serve together with cranberry sauce and stuffing.
