If you’ve already decided on a mouth watering hog roast to be the main feature of your party, we can either serve your fresh-cooked meat, crackling and homemade trimmings together with your choice of vegetables and potatoes and our onion gravy, or with garden-fresh salad and coleslaw, or we can serve pigs in buns instead, which are fresh rolls and wraps crammed full of meat, crackling, our apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing.
